For millions of travelers across the globe, the Caribbean remains the ultimate vacation destination, promising visitors the allure of crystal-clear waters, white sand beaches and plenty of delicious cocktails to sip beneath the tropical sun.
Before making any plans to escape the frigid temperatures of the season, most would-be travelers might want to look into the idyllic settings of Sandals Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, which was just voted the best all-inclusive resort in the world by the 2025 Travvy Awards (via TravelPulse).
As part of the recent Travvy Awards, the five-star resort officially received the prestigious gold medal for Best Overall All-Inclusive Resort, followed by Los Cabos’ Le Blanc Spa Resort (silver medal) and Secrets’ Impression Moxché (bronze).
Opening in early 2024, Sandals Saint Vincent has already become one of the most celebrated resort destinations in the Southern Caribbean.
In addition to five separate bars, a 300-foot linear pool and unlimited dining opportunities at 12 different restaurants, it offers unrivaled views of the surrounding sea and countryside, along with convenient amenities like a fitness center and snorkeling.
Sandals wasn’t the only major hotel company to walk away with a prestigious award, of course. Evaluating the current hotel industry, the Travvy Awards gave their gold medal for Best Overall Hotel Chain to Marriott International, followed by Hyatt Hotels Corporation (silver) and Sandals Resorts (bronze).
In terms of the Best All-Inclusive Resort for Spa & Wellness, Travvy Awards gave Secrets Bahia Mita Surf & Spa the prized gold medal, followed by Le Blanc Spa Resort, Los Cabos (silver) and Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana (bronze).
The Travvy Awards also looked across the international market to evaluate the best all-inclusive hotels. In terms of Mexico, Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya won the gold medal for Best All-Inclusive Luxury Resort, while Secrets Wild Orchid Montego Bay won for the Caribbean.
